14-day change-of-mind window

You have 14 days from delivery to let us know you'd like to return an unopened item. Once we've received it back in original condition, we'll refund you within 5 working days. Return postage for change-of-mind is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or short, email info@apicdeals.co.uk within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item unless we ask.

What we can't accept back

• Opened food, drink or personal-care items (for hygiene and safety)
• Clearance dated items where the sell-by / best-before is disclosed at point of sale

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
