Terms & conditions

These terms apply to any order placed with APIC Deals Limited (company number SC827110), registered in Scotland at Flat 1/1, 19 Lesmuir Place, Scotstoun, Glasgow, G14 0EH.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order (with a full refund) if stock runs out or pricing is clearly incorrect.

Pricing

Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in GBP. Delivery is charged separately unless otherwise stated (see the Delivery page).

Payment

We accept card payments, Apple Pay, PayPal and Klarna. Trade customers may settle by invoice against agreed credit terms.

Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order. We don't limit liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
